Job summary

AccentCare Inc in Lombard, IL is seeking a Scheduler to join our onsite team. This full-time, non-remote role focuses on scheduling home health staff and coordinating field clinicians to ensure patient care is delivered timely.

You should have prior home care scheduling experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work Monday through Friday. AccentCare offers a supportive, purpose-driven culture with benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Scheduling Experience required.
• Experience with scheduling field clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and therapies) with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations
