Job summary

AccentCare in Redding, California is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our on-site team. This full-time role is not remote, offering a hourly pay of $24-$26 and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience in Home Health Care staffing RN/LPN, CNA, HHA and knows EVV, payroll and onboarding processes. As part of AccentCare, you’ll contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture that supports growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care or Healthcare Operations experience required.
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients; strongly preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.
