Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate home health staffing onsite in Lombard, IL. This full-time role requires arranging schedules for RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and therapies for home-based clients, with a focus on timely, accurate workforce deployment.

Applicants should have prior home health scheduling experience and familiarity with Caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding processes. Monday–Friday onsite schedule applies; salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Home Care or Healthcare Scheduling Experience required.
• Experience scheduling field clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, therapies) with home-based clients preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Prior experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.
