Job summary

AccentCare in Tacoma, Washington is seeking a Scheduler to join our home health care team onsite. This full-time role requires scheduling staff (RN/LPN/CNA/HHA) for home-based clients, with on-site Monday–Friday shifts.

Experience with home health care scheduling, CAREGIVER EVV, payroll and onboarding is highly valued. AccentCare emphasizes a caring, collaborative culture and supports your well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care or Healthcare Operations Experience required.
• Experience scheduling RN/LPN/CNA/HHA with home-based clients preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field staff RN/LPN/CNA/HHA for home-based clients.
• Coordinate EVV, payroll and onboarding tasks.
• Support fast-paced branch operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience required
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients. Strongly preferred
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
  Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations
