Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler in Redding, CA to coordinate home health scheduling for field staff (RN/LPN/CNA/HHA) in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time onsite role requires prior home care scheduling experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The Scheduler will manage caregiver assignments, coordinate onboarding, and support EVV and payroll processes while ensuring adherence to branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience is required.
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients. Strongly preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
