Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler in Lombard, IL for a full-time, on-site role. You will schedule field clinical staff for home-based patients, manage onboarding, and support branch operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Must have home health scheduling experience and strong organizational skills.
• Experience scheduling field clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, therapies).
• Proficient with EVV, payroll and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field clinical staff for home-based clients.
• Support fast-paced branch operations and onboarding for new staff.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure patient coverage and service levels.

Be the Best Scheduler You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Scheduling Experience required
• Experience with scheduling field clinical staff (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and therapies) with home-based clients. Strongly preferred
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations
