Job summary

Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Scheduler to manage monthly nursing schedules, coordinate staffing coverage, and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

This full-time role offers $18.00-$20.50 per hour, same day pay, and a benefits package. Join a 138-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility committed to compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional, supportive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership.
• Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.
