Job summary

GenerX Generators LLC in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Service Department Scheduler. You will call, text and email customers to remind them about their generator service, schedule appointments, and collect payment information. You will also handle incoming calls and requests, coordinating with advisors and the Call Center Leader.

This is a Monday–Friday position from 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturday availability. Previous office experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

• Experience in an office setting preferred but not required.

We are a quickly growing company and promote from within. This position is newly available for a Service Department Scheduler at our Oldsmar office. You will work along side other advisors and schedulers and report to the Call Center Leader. Your job is to Call, Text, and Email all of our customers to remind them they are due for their generator's service, schedule their appointment, and grab payment information as well as answering incoming calls and requests.

This is a Monday through Friday job 8am - 5pm with availability on Saturdays. New candidates preferred to have experience in the office setting. This is not required, you will be fully trained for your position.
