Job summary

GenerX Generators is seeking a Service Department Scheduler for our Oldsmar office. You will contact customers to remind them of upcoming service, schedule appointments, and collect payment information. You will join a team of advisors and schedulers, reporting to the Call Center Leader.

This is a full-time role with a structured weekday schedule and some weekend coverage. New candidates are preferred but not required to have prior office experience; comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• New candidates preferred to have experience in the office setting. This is not required, you will be fully trained for your position.

• Call, text, and email customers to remind them they are due for service, schedule appointments, and collect payment information.
• Answer incoming calls and requests from customers.
• Work with advisors and schedulers and report to the Call Center Leader.

You will work along side other advisors and schedulers and report to the Call Center Leader. Your job is to Call, Text, and Email all of our customers to remind them they are due for their generator's service, schedule their appointment, and grab payment information as well as answering incoming calls and requests.
