Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Burnsville, MN is hiring a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling for field staff. This is a full-time onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will coordinate RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA assignments, ensure timely visits, and support branch operations while delivering compassionate home health care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
