Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate patient appointments and home health visits on-site. You will support care teams to ensure timely patient care and maintain accurate patient records with strong data-entry skills.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering patient-centered scheduling services within a comprehensive home health program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient visits in home health.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure timely patient care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Minimum of one year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally required
• Home Health Scheduling experience preferred
