Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler in Newport Beach, CA for a full-time role. You will manage scheduling for home-based care teams, coordinate visits with RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAs, and ensure timely, quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA for home-based clients preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding helpful.

• Schedule home health visits for patients and coordinate with care teams.
• Support branch operations to maintain efficient daily workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience strongly preferred


• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients


• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.


• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
