AccentCare is seeking a Scheduler in Hapeville, GA to organize and coordinate field staff across RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA roles for home-based patients.

The role is full-time, onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and onsite requirements. We value hands-on scheduling experience in home health and EVV/payroll familiarity to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling Home Care staff.
• Experience with caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field staff RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA for home visits.
• Support fast-paced branch operations and ensure on-time staffing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience strongly preferred.
  Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
  Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
  Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
