Boston Area Skilled Nursing in Boston, MA is seeking a Scheduler for a full-time role with daily pay and an hourly wage of $22–$27. You will build and maintain staffing schedules, coordinate time-off requests, and ensure coverage across units while ensuring compliance with facility policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong data entry and communication skills, plus attention to detail and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership.
• Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.
