Job summary

Weaver Popcorn is seeking a Scalehouse Operator to manage truck scale operations and maintain accurate records of weights, shipments, and inventory transactions. You will serve as a primary contact for drivers, customers, and operations staff to ensure smooth traffic flow and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities include recording weights, verifying documents, and updating ERP and scale software while coordinating with production and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in scalehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or admin support preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office, ERP).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scale systems and record inbound and outbound weights accurately.
• Verify load information, shipping documents, and delivery tickets.
• Enter and maintain data in ERP, inventory, and scale software.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
