Job summary

The company is seeking a Program Manager for Scaled User Programs (SUP) in the AMER region to drive growth in customer training engagement at scale. This role designs and executes repeatable programs that reach broad audiences and convert awareness into active participation in learning initiatives, partnering with Sales and Customer Enablement to deliver scalable solutions.

You will own regional strategy, oversee program infrastructure, and ensure predictable delivery with transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume, top-of-funnel enablement programs that drive engagement at scale.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Docebo, or similar LMS/database platforms for scalable processes.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own AMER Scaled User Programs strategy aligned to regional priorities.
• Audit and optimize program infrastructure (Airtable, Docebo) for reliability and automation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Enablement to deliver structured learning programs.
• Represent AMER in global forums to align regional needs with global strategy.
