Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager to drive the operational engine behind Scaled Education, partnering with curriculum teams, colleagues, and external partners to turn learning objectives into memorable experiences.

You will lead across the program lifecycle, optimize workflows, develop knowledge systems with metrics, and ensure alignment with Stand Together's vision of principled progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management and coordination for large-scale programs.
• Proven experience in program or project management with a track record of operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating between stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and develop talent using frameworks to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a portion of Scaled Education’s portfolio of programs and products, ensuring effective reach and measurable impact.
• Drive operational excellence across the program production cycle by optimizing workflows and resources.
• Develop and maintain robust knowledge systems, including metrics and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Partner with curriculum teams to set clear objectives aligned with program value propositions.
• Lead high-quality program delivery by coordinating across internal teams and external partners, developing program materials.
• Lead and support the program team in alignment with vision and PBM principles.
