Job summary

Aurora Solar is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a high-volume portfolio in the Scaled AM segment. You will drive retention, early renewals, and expansion by combining solid account management instincts with AI-enabled workflows.

In this role you’ll be the primary relationship owner for customers with ARR roughly $25K–$50K, ensure timely engagement at scale, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Support, Product, and GTM Ops to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business with retention and upsell results.
• Ability to build and execute structured workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; data hygiene is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-volume portfolio in the Scaled AM segment, driving retention and upsell.
• Be the primary relationship owner for customers in the defined ARR range.
• Operationalize AI-assisted workflows for onboarding, ramp, health monitoring, and upsell.
• Identify ramp risk signals early to ensure new logos reach utilization thresholds.
• Surface early upsell opportunities with account executives for expansions.
• Maintain clean Salesforce data across the Scaled AM segment.
