Hadrian is expanding its manufacturing footprint in the United States and seeks a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to advance scalable production. You will own high‑priority projects, perform root-cause analysis, and build systems and assets that accelerate output.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in engineering or 5+ years leadership in a high‑volume setting, hands‑on manufacturing experience, and the ability to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with leading meaningful projects.
• Experience developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own critical projects from inception to completion.
• Perform root-cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop early, pragmatic system improvements for scaling.
• Redesign processes and introduce new assets to raise production rates.
