Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proactive, flexible self-starter who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Oracle-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers and direct trucks at entry/exit of the facility.
• Weigh trucks and prepare documents (work orders, bills of lading).
• Track weight data and obtain signatures in the system.
• Coordinate with CSR on cargo docs and verify records against manifests.
• Maintain Scale House and assist with office duties as needed.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe business practices.
• Record shipment data for reporting and accounting purposes.
• Assist yard crew with loads and inventory setup.
• Resolve issues with damages or shortages with the CS team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
