Amrize is hiring a Scale Operator to manage the flow of tickets, coordinate truck dispatches, and ensure accurate transaction handling at the scale house. You will support plant operations and interact with drivers and the main office on a daily basis.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and may require a Weigh Master License depending on state rules. A reliable team player is essential in this busy environment.

• Weigh Master License may be required in some states.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software.

Mansioni

• Coordinates truck dispatch to jobs and operates computer to produce tickets.
• Verifies tickets for numbers, date and time accuracy.
• Collects COD money and properly records it.
• Sends transaction register and ticket copies to main office daily.
• Transfers all files and tickets twice daily.
• Answers phones and takes accurate messages for others in their absence.
• Tares trucks (empty weight) on a weekly basis and records it; maintains records of tons sold by product.
• Maintains product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Performs housekeeping duties to keep the scale house clean and orderly.
• Assists Plant employees as required.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
