Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a Scale Operator to ensure productivity and cost efficiency. You will lead a team, enforce food safety programs, and support employee development while adhering to company policies. This role requires accurate data entry, proper operation of scale and office equipment, and timely paperwork completion.

The position is on-site at the Acorn Facility, with a 2nd shift and potential overtime. Strong English reading and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• General mathematical ability required for basic calculations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to operate production and office equipment including scale and 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedures are followed to maximize productivity and meet specifications.
• Direct and lead a team while enforcing company policies and food safety programs.
• Support performance, safety, and scheduling of staff.
• Enter data and operate production and office equipment as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Read and interpret paperwork in English; communicate clearly with supervisors.
