Typical duties include sorting/grading product, labeling boxes, tapping, and lifting 25–40 pounds. This is a safety sensitive position with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Removes tenders from carcass; sort and grade product
• Make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes
• Tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
• Stand for extended periods; walk and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift 25–40 pounds
