Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks aProduction Worker to operate machinery and support a production line, ensuring quality products in a safe work area. You will join a team dedicated to efficient manufacturing and continuous safety improvements.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, willingness to overtime, and prior manufacturing or warehouse experience or training. Forklift certification and computer literacy are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Willing and able to become certified in forklift operation.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and a production line with the team to ensure quality products in a safe environment.
• Collaborate within the manufacturing operations and contribute to the plant environment.
• Be an active participant in the plant safety process and suggest improvements.
• Communicate quality performance information to the production team.
• Complete all required training.
• Perform repetitive duties and stand for long periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
