You will also assist dispatch, answer inquiries, maintain files, and generate standard reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related industrial experience.
• Ability to work in a team in a collaborative environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience or interest in environmental/sustainability field preferred.
• Strong relationship management, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a professional mindset.
• Reliable transportation.
• CDL License is preferred.

• Maintains accurate scale operations and records for factual reporting.

• Interfaces with drivers, haulers, and third-party vehicles for accurate job execution.
