Responsibilities

• Follows company procedures to maintain a safe, secure work environment.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates with drivers, staff, and customers.
• Maintains accurate scale operations and records for factual reporting.
• Communicates with drivers and staff to provide efficient service.
• Assists customers with outstanding service to build strong relationships.
• Coordinates loading/unloading of materials and operates with other activities.
• Interfaces with drivers, haulers, and third‑party vehicles for proper job functions.
• Participates in training and company initiatives to support the mission and values.
