Job summary

RM Advisory Services, LLC is seeking team members for a safety-sensitive role in a food processing environment. You will perform scale setup, blow down, wash down, and related tasks to meet daily production standards and SQF compliance. Pay rate is 16.78 per hour.

Overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts may be required. The work area is cool (about 34°F) and involves exposure to concentrated chlorine and ammonia; protective equipment and lifting up to 10 lb are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food processing facility is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Blow down and wash down scale machines.
• Set up scales for Master Packs.
• Ensure an adequate supply of Master Packs.
• Reset E-Stops for PMOs when necessary.
• Set recipes for scales.
• Shovel out hoppers when a product must be disposed of.
• Maintain cleanliness in the area and perform other duties as assigned.
