The successful candidate will handle scale house duties, load-out coordination, and documentation while coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth flow and safety. forklift readiness is a plus, and the shift operates Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stoop, bend, and reach above head for extended periods.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with heights; able to operate a 6k forklift truck.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the scale house to prepare for daily operations.
• Weigh in and out all trucks, then direct to loading area for pickup.
• Perform quality analysis tests and record results accurately.
• Record load weights on BOLs and scale tickets, ensuring documentation matches shipments.
• Monitor product levels in load-out silos and support transfer campaigns.
