PLA is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Siloam Springs, AR. The role supports loading/unloading trailers, organizing inventory, and precise documentation while upholding safety standards.

Typical hours are 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour and planned raises at 90 days and annually thereafter. Benefits and a strong safety culture are emphasized in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift experience preferred.
• Able to operate a sit-down forklift with proficiency.
• Must pass PLA forklift certification (onsite).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy in counts and records.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a sit-down forklift to move pallets and materials.
• Load/unload pallets from trailers and organize inventory.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and refueling as needed.
• Ensure accurate counts and documentation for loads and trailer inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
