• 4–6 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, customer service and/or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and resolve operational duties within scale house daily functions.
• Oversee administrative support operations for the Department.
• Evaluate staff performance, assess training needs, and improve workflow.
• Manage staff work schedules with operational needs.
• Organize and direct monthly financial report preparation.
• Administer and review monthly customer billing and accounts receivable.
• Monitor and control flow of cash receipts and disbursements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department for financial management.
• Review and submit purchasing procurement process documentation.
• Maintain interactions with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
