Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold Supervisor to support the E&D Construction Manager with scheduling, employee development and crew oversight on scaffolding projects. This role involves mentoring Foremen and carpenters, ensuring safe on-site operations and adherence to OSHA rules.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of combined scaffold E&D experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
• Understanding of various types of scaffolding materials and loads.
• Ability to design scaffolds and order materials to maintain workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct up to three Foreman 2, and their crews on scaffolding builds.
• Assist the E&D Construction Manager with scheduling and recruiting.
• Act as the competent person on site per OSHA guidelines and ensure safety.
