Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design and erect scaffolds and mentor a crew of Scaffold E&D Carpenters. You will work with various scaffolding systems on site and ensure safe, compliant installations.

The role requires the ability to manage a small crew, work at heights, and apply OSHA standards. Prior Scaffold E&D experience and bilingual ability are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Scaffold E&D Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experience.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and erects various types of scaffolds.
• Lead Carpenter must mentor Scaffold E&D Carpenters and aid in their development; work with tools.
• Must be able to safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect and dismantle scaffolding under supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding; understand loads of scaffolding materials.
