Qualifications

• College degree or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with degree or 8 years work experience in relatable industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E/D department and multiple crews in building and dismantling scaffolding at multiple sites.
• Complete paperwork for multiple jobsites, assist with bidding, and schedule crews.
• Overssee Foreman Training Program and coach labor crews.
• Ensure safety regulations and scaffold erection/dismantling compliance.
