Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Scaffold E&D Foreman to safely supervise a crew and direct up to three Foreman 1, with responsibility for erection and dismantling of scaffolding and maintaining OSHA compliance on-site.

You should have five years of combined Scaffold E&D experience, a valid driver's license, and strong project management skills to coordinate teams and schedules while maintaining safety and quality on varied job sites in North America.

Qualifications

• Must have project management skills i.e. time and schedule management, cost control, customer communication, identify problem areas and implement solutions
• Must have good knowledge of the OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding
• Must have a good knowledge and understanding of the various types of scaffolding material being used so that the intended loads of the scaffolding are not exceeded

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew or up to 3 Foreman 1 and up to 3 Lead Carpenters on scaffolding projects
• Ensure safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding per OSHA and Sunbelt Procedures
• Coordinate with E&D Supervisor/Construction Manager and ensure on-site competency
