Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant E&P operations experience preferred.
• Experience in lease operations, process optimization or equipment repair preferred.
• Strong communication and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time SCADA data to support decision making and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Engineers, DSC/PA, Foremen and Lease Operators on wells and leases.
• Perform minor subsurface well maintenance and related surveys where planned or needed.
• Act as SME in field operations including equipment and surface facilities.
• Maintain regulatory, environmental and safety compliance with Operations team.
• Participate in training to enhance lease site operations knowledge.
• Stop work when conditions are unsafe to protect personnel.
