Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in E&P operations or related field preferred.
• Experience with SCADA and field operations optimization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes real-time data via SCADA to support informed decisions and control processes.
• Collaborates with engineers, foremen, and lease operators for wells and lease activities; participates in reviews and optimizes producing/underperforming wells.
• Performs minor subsurface well maintenance and planned dynamometer, fluid shots, and FBHP surveys where applicable.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in field operations and represents the company in delivery/receipt of materials and equipment.
• Maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in coordination with Operations Engineers and EH&S.
