Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant E&P operations experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with SCADA, RCA, SPC and data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time SCADA data to support informed decision-making and optimize well performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and lease operators on wells and lease activities; troubleshoot and optimize producing and underperforming wells.
• Perform basic subsurface well maintenance and field measurements; participate in FBHP surveys and dynamometer testing where needed.
• Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance in coordination with Operations Engineers and EH&S teams.
