Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in E&P operations.
• Experience in Lease Operations, Process Optimization, and Equipment Operations/Repair preferred.
• Strong skills in SCADA, RCA, SPC, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time data via SCADA to inform decisions and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and lease operators on wells and routes.
• Perform minor subsurface maintenance and dynamometer tests as planned.
• Conduct FBHP surveys and maintain regulatory and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols and stop work in unsafe conditions.
