Devon seeks an Optimization Operator to analyze real-time SCADA data, support wells and lease operations, troubleshoot and optimize performance. You will collaborate with engineers, foremen, and lease operators to improve efficiency and safety.

You will perform minor subsurface maintenance, conduct dynamometer surveys, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. The role requires 3-5 years in E&P operations and a GED or high school diploma; strong data analysis and problem-solving are

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in E&P operations preferred.
• Experience with SCADA and field operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze real-time SCADA data to facilitate informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, DSC/PA, foremen, and lease operators on wells.
• Perform minor subsurface maintenance and surveys as planned.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
