Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer to support the design, development andDelivery of the SOLV SCADA solution and EPC projects. Hybrid/remote options available with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR; location specifics discussed in interview.

Responsibilities include designing SCADA components, integrating systems, programming and commissioning SCADA servers, data historians and HMIs, and providing technical support to customers and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of SCADA engineering experience, renewable energy preferred.
• Proficiency with Ignition SCADA platform.
• Familiarity with PLC environments and industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SCADA integration components for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Program and commission SCADA servers, data historians and HMIs.
• Prepare commissioning test plans and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with customers and field technicians for on-site support.
