Job summary

United Midwest Savings Bank in Columbus, OH is seeking a Loan Closing Coordinator to ensure SBA compliance and resolve closing issues. You will prepare packages, coordinate documentation, and liaise with customers and internal teams to complete loans accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and SBA/USDA experience, plus strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with hybrid schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year in loan document prep/analysis.
• Experience with SBA and/or USDA documentation is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document Review: review loan approvals for borrowers, guarantors, collateral and closing conditions.
• Compliance: ensure accuracy, completeness and SBA compliance of files.
• Closing Coordination: prepare accurate commitment packages before closing.
• Loan Disbursement & Draw Administration: monitor disbursement and reconcile invoices.
