Job summary

BankPlus is seeking a Guaranteed Lending Representative to package and process loan applications for SBA, USDA, and other government programs in Mississippi. You will gather required documents, ensure eligibility, and support the loan approval workflow with lenders and loan administrators.

You will collaborate across credit, legal, and operations, maintain thorough records, and prepare regular reports on activity and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending or financial services.
Knowledge of government guarantee programs such as SBA and USDA.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for business purposes and occasional after-hours work.

Responsibilities

Package and process loan applications for government guarantee programs (SBA, USDA) by gathering required documents.
Serve as primary point of contact for lenders throughout the application process.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan approvals and provide status updates.
Prepare reports on loan activities and analyze data for process improvements.
Collaborate with the guaranteed lending team and participate in training and growth.
