Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Processor II to review and submit SBA loan requests from small business owners to underwriting. You will manage administrative and logistical aspects of loan applications, collect documents, and guide customers per guidelines.

Some travel may be required. In this role you will work with borrowers and internal teams to ensure complete packages and timely processing, while staying current on SBA requirements and SOP changes.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing SBA loan documents and ensuring accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with borrowers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of SBA SOP guidelines and eligibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and review SBA loan files for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with borrowers, Relationship Managers, and underwriters to obtain required docs.
• Prepare loan files for SBA 7(a), 504 and other government programs.
• Identify deficiencies and resolve processing conditions promptly.
• Ensure SBA eligibility, collateral and documentation are met before closing.
• Monitor pipelines and follow up on outstanding conditions.
• Maintain accurate records in lending systems and repositories.
• Stay updated on SBA procedural changes and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
