Job summary
United Community seeks a detail-oriented professional to handle complex SBA and Commercial loan operations, including boarding, QA reviews, and maintenance. You will ensure documentation aligns with bank, regulatory, and investor requirements while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years SBA loan processing experience.
- Knowledge of SBA documentation and 1502 investor reporting.
- Understanding of federal/state regulatory requirements.
- Strong written/spoken communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with LAS, NCino, loan documents; Excel and Word.
- Post-closing administration knowledge; critical thinking ability.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex SBA and Commercial loan operations tasks with high judgment.
- Ensure boarding packages meet bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines.
- Conduct QA review and loan maintenance in line with requirements.
- Assist Account and BDOs with loan booking and maintenance questions.
- Complete compliance trainings including BSA/AML and internal programs.
- Adhere to policies; maintain professionalism and client service.
- Balance priorities to meet deadlines and provide timely service.
