You’ll analyze SBA loan applications, underwrite deals from $200k to $5M, and coordinate with the lending team to ensure SBA SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SBA underwriting experience with knowledge of SBA SOP and products.
• Skilled in financial analysis, report interpretation, and loan structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent education with formal credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SBA loan applications for small and mid-size businesses and practices per SBA guidelines.
• Underwrite loans from $200,000 to $5,000,000 for real estate, equipment, acquisitions, expansions, and refinancing.
• Review financial statements and third-party reports; assess creditworthiness and apply sound judgment in credit decisions.
• Structure deals balancing opportunity and risk and provide well-supported recommendations.
