Job summary

You will lead strategic lead generation, deliver tailored presentations, and manage client portfolios in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with internal partners to ensure compliant sales and timely funding.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SBA 7a & 504 lending or selling financial services products.
• 5–7 years sales experience in financial services with proven targets.
• Proven ability to prospect and refer clients within financial services.
• Strong network-building with prospects, referral sources and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds sales goals while complying with policies.
• Establishes SBA development cadence in the market; conducts lead research, delivers tailored presentations, and plans call strategies.
• Cultivates and expands COI relationships and referrals.
• Facilitates SBA loan packaging, underwriting guidelines, and funding processes.
• Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline loan processes.
