Climate First Bank is hiring an SBA Loan Processor/Closer to drive loan closings and act as the main liaison between the borrower, the BDO, and the SBA. You will manage application, processing, and closing stages with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SBA experience preferred.
• Solid SBA SOP knowledge and loan documentation experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Move SBA loans through all stages: applications, approvals, processing and closings.
• Serve as primary liaison between the borrower, SBA, Underwriter and Lender Service Provider.
• Manage loan pipelines and coordinate with Loan Operations for funding.
• Ensure thorough due diligence and timely closings.
