City National Bank is seeking an SBA Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and business development support to the SBA sales team in a hybrid work environment in Florida.

You will coordinate prospect intake, manage opportunity pipelines, collect borrower documentation, maintain CRM records, and assist with lender-match activities to ensure timely progression of SBA loan opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in banking, financial services, sales support, loan processing, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Assist SBA sales team with lead intake, pipeline management, and borrower documentation.
• Support Sales Officers with meeting prep, prospect summaries, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate KYC, CIP, EDD, OFAC and related information requests with borrowers and staff.
• Maintain borrower files, document checklists, and submission packages.
• Monitor pipeline aging and generate weekly reports; keep opportunity stages up to date.
• Serve as a communication hub between borrowers, BDOs, RMs, and referral partners.
• Prepare document packages for underwriting submission and track outstanding items.
