Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years originating SBA loans.
• Strong sales and networking abilities.
• Knowledge of SBA SOP and loan eligibility.
• Ability to spread loans and underwrite credit.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Originates and manages a profitable SBA loan portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate external referral sources to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Market and network to promote SBA lending services.
• Assemble loan packages and prepare income-statement spreads and credit memos.
• Gather required borrower documents and ensure data security.
• Coordinate with Underwriters and Closers to finalize loans.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
