Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully originating SBA loans.
• Understanding of SBA SOP and loan eligibility requirements.
• Ability to spread loans with appropriate credit underwriting knowledge.

• Actively manage loan pipeline and provide feedback to borrowers.
• Work with borrowers to collect required documents and ensure compliance.
